Skin Healing Bath Milk

SKIN HEALING BATH MILK 100gms Goat’s Milk Powder 100gms Coconut Cream Powder 100gms Baking Soda 20 – 25 drops Tuberose or Elemi Pure Essential Oil Combine all powders well – ensuring no lumps. Take 1/2 cup of this mixture and carefully grind the essential oil well into the powder. Combine this mix into the balance of powders. Place in glass bottles and seal. Use approximately 100gms for a skin soothing, anti-itch healing bath.

Cuticle Oil

Cuticle Oil For brittle, weak nails. 20mls pure Calendula Oil 5 drops Vegetable Glycerine 5mls Wheatgerm Oil 7 drops pure essential oil of Frankincense Shake all together in amber glass bottle. Massage oil gently in and around cuticles. Use regularly, rubbing into nail bed to nourish and strengthen whole nail bed.

Nail Strengthening Soak 1 tsp dried Horsetail 1 tsp dried Oatstraw Infuse the above herbs in 1 cup boiling water. Leave to cool – divide in half (store 1/2 in refrigerator for later use). Soak both hands (fingernail parts) in the tea for 20mins. Dry and rub cuticles with cuticle oil. (See cuticle oil recipe). Horsetail and Oatstraw are herbs that are exceptionally rich in silica – important for strengthening and hardening of nails, bones, hair etc. Use daily until nails improve in strength.

Fennel Seed Sugar Scrub 25gm Fennel Seed 160gm Raw Sugar 180ml Apricot Kernel Oil, Sweet Almond Oil or Sesame Cold Pressed Oil 5 drops Patchouli Pure Essential Oil 6 drops Ylang Ylang Pure Essential Oil 20 drops(1ml) Mandarin Pure Essential Oil Grind the fennel seeds lightly in a coffee grinder or mortar and pestle.
