Bath Milks
- These yummy milks sooth and heal dry or itching skins and may also be enjoyed simply as a relaxing, delicious soak!

- Bath milk soaks, cleanse, moisturise and tone the skin, whilst the use of appropriate pure essential oils send signals to the brain via the olfactory bulb located in the nose, to nourish, purify, energize or act on the body in ways specific to your chosen essential oil.
- Please ensure that you only use high quality pure essential oils for best effect.
- Find some interesting bottles or jars, glue or stick on some beads, glitter or whatever you like to create that unique look and pour in your dried milk mixes – attach a label explaining the specific milks actions for the user.
Some milk recipes to try
Rejuvenate & Regenerate
- 3 cups Goat’s Milk Powder
- 1 cup organic Ginger Powder
- 1 cup Coconut Cream Powder
- 22 drops Ginger pure essential oil
Combine all powders thoroughly until well mixed. Take 1/2 cup powdered mixture and carefully grind the ginger pure essential oil into the powder, using the back of a spoon or in a mortar and pestle. Ensure the essential oil is combined well, then add the mixture back into balance of milk powders. Bottle and seal well.
Ginger is an excellent energizer, rejuvenator and regenerator of the body and the mind. Excellent for warming, soothing relieving aches and pains, with no side effects, although i would not recommend using during pregnancy.
Stress Buster Bath
- 1/2 cup Lavender Flowers – dried
- 1/2 cup Chamomile Flowers – dried
- 3 cups Goat’s Milk Powder
- 1 cup Coconut Milk Powder
- 12 drops pure essential oil of Lavender
- 10 drops pure essential oil of Chamomile
Grind both the dried lavender and chamomile flowers to a powder – combine with the milk powders and blend well together. Take 1/2 cup of the total mixture, add the pure essential oils to this and grind with the back of a spoon or in a mortar and pestle ensuring no lumps of essential oils remain in the milk powder. Combine with the balance of milk powders and mix well. Place in a well sealed jar or bottle and label.
Both Chamomile and Lavender reduce tension and stress, relaxing the central nervous system. This is a safe bath milk for almost anyone and best of all will gently induce calm, restful sleep when used before bed.
Love Elixir Bath Milk
- 3/4 cup Rose Petal Powder – dried
- 1/4 cup Patchouli Leaves – dried (grind to a powder)
- 3 cups Goat’s Milk Powder
- 1 cup Coconut Milk Powder
- 20 drops (1ml) Patchouli pure essential oil
- 10 drops Tuberose pure essential oil
Combine all powders thoroughly then add both pure essential oils to 1/4 cup of the powder mixture, grinding the oils well in with the back of a spoon or in a mortar and pestle. Re combine all powders well and place in an attractive glass container.
