The cacao butter has been used as a superfood in a lot of dishes, even in smoothies. If this butter is incorporated into creams, balms, lip balms or body butters for skincare use then the results can be astonishing.
For making the butter, heat cacao in a double boiler very very gently and make sure that it does not become hot. Let it cool and when cacao starts to just slightly firm up, beat into your creams etc for its beneficial silky qualities.
